Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1½ cup. finely chopped walnuts
  • 4½ tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup  rum
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

Makes 50 to 60 balls.

Directions

1. Mix together wafer crumbs, cocoa, nuts and confectioners sugar.

2. Add syrup and rum.

3. Mix well and form into balls.

4. Roll balls in confectioners sugar.

5. Makes 50 to 60 balls.
