Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • bayleaf
  • cinnamon

Directions

1.Mix all ingredients together in a cooking pan and stir occasionally

2. Let the jam boil for 5 minutes or until it turns brown.
