Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups of thick coconut cream
  • 3-5 tbsp  of white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Directions

1. Peel the bananas and slice each one lengthwise, then cut into 8 even pieces.

2. In a medium saucepan, bring the coconut cream, sugar and salt to a boil over medium heat.

3. Add the bananas and cook until they are heated through, about 2 minutes.
