Ingredients

  • 3 cups long-grain rice
  • 3 small cans of tuna fish
  • 2 cups of cooked diced carrots
  • 2 cups of raw celery, diced tiny
  • 2 cups of black raisins
  • 2 cups of cooked or canned peas

Directions

1. Cook your 3 cups of rice in 6 cups of water with 1 teaspoon of salt.

2. Meanwhile, cook your peas and carrots.

3. Drain. Add all remaining ingredients and mix. Serve cool.
