Breadfruit cheese pie

Directions

1. Wash breadfruit and cut into pieces lengthwise.

2. Peel and remove core.

3. Boil in salted water.

4. Grate cheese and grease a pie dish.

5. Grate cheese and mix with milk, flour and margarine to make a sauce.

6. When breadfruit is cooked and cooled, cut into small pieces.

7. Pour the sauce over the breadfruit pieces.

8. Stir without breaking breadfruit pieces.

9. Pour the mixture into the pie dish.

10. Mix the remainder of the cheese with the bread crumbs.

11. Sprinkle over the top of the pie.

12. Brown in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes.
