Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions

1. Mix all wet ingredients together then combine all dry ingredients with wet.

2. Mix together well. Bake for 50 mins to 1 hr in oven 350 degrees F.

3. Can be covered with Cream cheese icing.
