Ingredients

  • 1 chicken or 4-5 pieces
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Small Hot Peppers
  • Juice of 2-4 Lemons
  • 1 Cup Grated Fresh Coconut

Serves 4

Directions

1. Cook and bone the chicken.

2. Run the chicken through a coarse food grinder. 

3. Add coconut, onion, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

4. Mix well and let stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Note: Coconut MUST be fresh.
