Ingredients

  • 1 whole, oven ready chicken
  • 4 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 bouillon
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 60ml red palm oil

Directions

1. Joint the chicken into serving-sized pieces.

2. Arrange in a bowl and crush over the Maggi cube.

3. Add the mustard and spread over the chicken pieces then set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

4. After this time, heat a little oil in a large pan.

5. Add the chicken pieces and simmer gently over low heat until all the liquid has been absorbed.

6. Pour over the red palm oil, allow to heat through then serve with rice.
