Ingredients

  • 1 small mango
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup  finely shredded coconut
  • 1 butter stick (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Coconut crumble

Serves 2

Directions

1. Cut the mango in small pieces and put them in ramekins

2. Mix the flour, coconut, sugar, butter, vanilla and cinnamon

3. Spread the mix on top of the fruits in your ramekins

4. Bake at 350 F for approximately 25 minutes, or until they get as brown as desired
