Ingredients

  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp chocolate milk powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Granulated sugar (or grated chocolate)
  • Tiny paper cups

Directions

1. Combine the condensed milk, milk powder and butter in a heavy pan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue cooking and stirring for 2 minutes further, or until the mixture thickens sufficiently to coat the back of a metal spoon.

2. Take off the heat and carefully scoop the mixture into a bowl.

3. Set aside to cool completely. Once the mixture is cold coat your hands with butter then scoop out about 1 tbsp of the mixture into the palm of your hand.

4. Roll into a small bowl, coat in the icing sugar (or chocolate) then place in a paper cup.
