Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk, well chilled
  • Juice from one lemon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

Directions

1. For the best results, chill bowl, beaters from mixer and milk.

2. In a large bowl, beat the chilled evaporated milk with an electric mixer on high until the milk is light and airy like whipped cream

3. Slowly drizzle in lemon juice while continuing to whip the mixture

4. Slowly add in the sugar as you continue to whip; mix until sugar is absorbed

5. Serve immediately
