Ingredients

  • 300g fresh prawns (anything up to tiger prawn size), with shells
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 2 tsp Hot chilli paste

Directions

1. Wash the prawns in a colander and add to a pot along with the chilli paste.

2. Mix together the peanut butter and the oil and add this mixture to the pan as well.

3. Add about 60ml water, bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer.

4. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the prawns are done.

5. Serve immediately.
