Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb each)
  • 2/3 cup sweet red chili sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix garlic salt and ginger in small bowl. Rub evenly over pork. Place pork on rack in foil-lined roasting pan.

2. Roast 40 to 45 minutes or until desired doneness. Mix chili sauce, honey and red pepper in small bowl. Spoon over pork during last 10 minutes of cooking.

3. Slice pork and serve with pan juices.
