Ingredients

  • 3 green plantains
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic or powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Directions

1. Shred the peeled plantains.

2. Combine the shredded plantain, garlic, salt and pepper.

3. Drop by tablespoons into hot oil.

4. Fry until crispy turning over once.

5. Drain on paper towels. A great snack!
