Ingredients

  • 2pcs banana
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup white rum
  • 1 pc lime, squeezed

Directions

1. Peel and halve the bananas lengthwise.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Brown the bananas 5 minutes on each side.

3. Add the sugar and pour in the rum. Cook for 2 minutes. Flambe.

4. Sprinkle with lime juice and serve at once.
