Ingredients

  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 egg
  • Milk, as much as needed

Makes 10-12

Directions

1. Grease a cookie sheet and preheat oven to 400°.

2. Mix the ingredients well and add just enough milk to be able to form the cheese balls, rolling them with your hands.

3. Put the rolls on the cookie sheet and cook them until golden.
