  • 1 cup flour
  • 250g chocolate
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter + 1 tbsp
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • cinnamon

1. Melt the chocolate with the butter
2. Beat the sugar and eggs with a mixer. Once the melange foams, add the flour, the chocolate/butter mix, baking soda and cinnamon
3. Pour into a buttered loaf pan
4. Cook at 375F for 20-25mn
