Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs white sweet potato
  • 1½ lbs pumpkin
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1½ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ cup wheat or rice flour
  • 3 large beaten eggs

Serves 6-8

Directions

1. Boil the pumpkin and sweet potatoes in 2 quarts of liquid for about 20 minutes.

3. Drain and puree.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.

5. Pour into greased mold and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until done.

6. Put in broiler for a few minutes until golden.

7. Cool in mold and refrigerate until serving.
