Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of sausage, cut in 2-inch bits
  • Freshly grated pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked toasted manioc

Directions

1. Grill the sausage chunks and when they’re done, sprinkle with freshly grated pepper.

2. Serve with toothpicks and let people dip their bits into a small bowl of toasted manioc.
