Ingredients

  • 550 gr of sweet potato
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

1. Peel, cut the potatoes into slices or sticks and wash them.
 
2. Fry them on very hot vegetable oil, as much as necessary to cover the potatoes.
 
3. In the end sprinkle with refined salt and serve. You can eat it as appetizer or with meat dishes.
