Ingredients

  • 1½ cup cornmeal
  • 1½ cup milk
  • 1½ cup water
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp butter

Serves 2

Directions

1. Boil all the ingredients, except the cornmeal.

2. Remove from heat and gradually add cornmeal while continually stirring.

3. Cook over medium-low heat until the mix thickens.

4. Serve warm.

5. Add more sugar or milk if desired.
