Ingredients

  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded or thinly sliced
  • 4 shredded carrots
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into rings
  • 1 tomato, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1/2 english cucumber (peel on, round slices)
  • 1 onion, chopped (size depends on how much you like onion.)
  • Use the fat free dressing of your choice.

Directions

1. Shred or thinly slice the cabbage.

2. Note: This really is a food processor recipe for the cabbage.

3. Add the remaining ingredients.

4. Toss.

5. For a stronger taste marinate a bit in your dressing or put it on the side.
