Ingredients

  • 2lbs extra-lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cups bread crumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp worcester sauce
  • 2 tsp steak sauce
  • 1 tbsp bbq sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions

1. Using clean hands, mix all the ingredients together and place in fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Form 12 beef balls with mixture; they may seem large, but will shrink when cooking.

3. Heat some cooking oil on medium-high heat in frying pan.

4. Turn on oven and pre-heat to 350 degrees; In the meantime, sear beef balls in pan turning until all sides are browned.

5. Place beef balls in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place in pre-heated oven for 15 about minutes to finish cooking.
