Ingredients

  • 100g pecan nuts
  • 200ml condensed milk
  • 100g vanilla wafers, crushed
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

1. Mix together the pecan nuts and vanilla wafers. Grind to a powder in a food processor.

2. Work in just enough of the condensed milk to yield a thick dough.

3. Shape into small balls and roll in the powdered sugar to coat.

4. If desired, you can add a little cocoa powder to half the pecan mixture to create a brown version.
