Ingredients

  • 8 oz tenderized turtle
  • Cheese
  • Ham
  • 2 eggs
  • Cracker meal
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Directions

1. Sprinkle turtle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2. Place two slices of ham and one slice of cheese on turtle and fold.

3. Place one slice of cheese on top.

4. Dip in beaten egg and roll in cracker meal.

5. Deep fry for 2 minutes or until brown.
