Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 60ml ice water

Serves 1-2

Directions

1. Combine the avocado slices, lime juice and sugar in a food processor or blender and puree at high speed until completely smooth (add a little water if the puree is too stiff).

2. If the mixture is lumpy, pass through a fine-meshed sieve until you have a smooth and creamy texture.

3. Serve in a clear glass with a long spoon.
