  • 500g tender cassava
  • Cane syrup

Serves 4.

Directions

1. Bake the cassava on a barbecue or on hot coals (or under the grill) when done peel and cut into thin slices and place on a serving tray.

2. Drizzle the cane syrup over the top and serve.
