Ingredients

  • 1kg goat meat
  • 2 red onions, chopped
  • 3 bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 200ml beer
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs, chopped
  • Salt, black pepper, ground cumin and hot chili powder, to taste
  • Oil for frying

Directions

1. Wash the goat meat and cut into strips then mix with the garlic, salt, black pepper and cumin.

2. Combine the onions, bell peppers and tomatoes in a food processor. Blend with the beer until smooth.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the goat meat and fry briefly until browned, then stir in the sauce mixture. Bring to a simmer, cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the meat is tender.

4. Stir in the herbs and serve hot.
