Ingredients

  • 2 large green plantains
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg salt
  • 2 tbspĀ peanut butter
  • 1 onion and stick of celery (minced)
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

1. Cook plantains and crush whilst hot.

2. Add other ingredients and blend well.

3. Place in dish and bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes.
