Ingredients

  • 200g sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 250g roasted, unsalted, peanuts

Directions

1. Add the sugar to a pan and melt over medium heat, stirring constantly.

2. Once all the sugar has melted and has reached the consistency of runny honey add the lemon juice and stir very rapidly to combine.

3. Take off the heat and quickly stir in the peanuts.

4. Immediately spread the mixture onto an oiled baking tray and set aside to harden.

5. Break into shards and store in an air-tight jar.
